6/14/22 – This is an excellent example of a Remington Model 03-A3 issued to the US military in 1943. The barrel is RA marked and is dated November of 1943. The stock has the proper “P” proof, FJA military inspection stamp, and an “RA” stamp, indicating it was reworked at the Raritan Arsenal. The bolt is Remington marked. Overall, the gun is in excellent condition with very little actual finish loss. Just some light handling marks on the barrel and some small spots of wear on the floor plate. Three tiny dings on the right side of the receiver. The stock is excellent with only minor bruises and handling marks here and there. Excellent, shiny bore. Comes with a front sight hood that is “US” marked and has a flaming bomb proof.
