11/2/22 – This is a minty example of a Smith & Wesson Model 12-2 Airweight, manufactured in 1969 and chambered in .38 Special. It has a 2″ barrel and a really nice nickeled finish. It also has a lightweight aluminum frame. It is in minty condition, retaining nearly all of its finish. There is just an area of very light freckling on the left side of the frame and a very light roll mark on the cylinder. Some very minor thinning in the case-hardening on the trigger. Comes with excellent hand-checkered Walnut grips. Mint bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth.
