The Fissler Levital Comfort 20 cm frying pan is a relatively small, practical frying pan with a non-stick coating. The high rim makes frying and turning ingredients easy and the upright rim maximizes the cooking surface. So you can fry quite a lot with a relatively small pan!
Fissler Levital Comfort pans
Fissler Levital pans have the best non-stick performance of any Fissler pan. The pans are coated in a non-stick, PFOA-free, water-based PTFE coating. This highly effective non-stick coating makes it possible to fry delicate ingredients such as fish or eggs with little oil.
The pan is made from up to 60% recycled aluminium with a steel Cookstar bottom that offers excellent thermal conductivity. This gives the pans an even distribution of heat for a better cooking result. This bottom also means you can use the pan on an induction hob. The high rim makes frying and turning ingredients a lot easier, but making sauces is also possible in this pan.
Fissler Comfort handle
These pans have a very comfortable, extra safe handle. The handle doesn’t get hot during cooking, and has a finger guard to further prevent you from accidentally burning your fingers. Due to the plastic handle the pan is not oven safe. The pan can be put in the dishwasher, but we recommend washing the pan by hand.
