1/11/23 – This is a rare Mauser C96 -“Semi-Auto” Nazi Contract M712 Schnellfeuer.It’s a semi-Auto M712 Schnellfeuer rebuilt from original Nazi-contract parts kit.The Schnellfeuer barrel-extension, and internals retain their original finish and are matched.The left chamber flat on the barrel extention has Nazi acceptance mark beneath the Mauser Crown/U proof marks, indicating issue to the German military in WW2.The frame is a Mauser M1930 C96 frame that has had the Schnellfeuer’s detachable magazine well expertly affixed to it (tig-welded, machined, blued).The result is a semi-auto Schnellfeuer that shoots flawlessly and is legal to own at a third of the price of an original Nazi-Contract M712 and without the ATF transfer paperwork and fees.The bluing is excellent throughout with just a little wear on barrel and high edges from being in the stock.Bore is shiny with strong rifling but just a bit of freckling in the grooves.
