Description
The TSPROF Blitz Pro sharpening system is a small sharpening system for large sharpening results. The system is made from aluminium and is enhanced with a black, anodized finish. With a height of 12 cm and a width of 13 cm this system won’t take up much room on your workbench or desk. Please note: this version does not contain TSPROF diamond-coated sharpening systems. The advantage is that you can choose the sharpening stones that will suit your style best. A set of five TSPROF Silicon carbide sharpening stones for instance.

TSPROF Blitz Pro
The guiding rod and sharpening stone holder of the TSPROF Blitz 360 can turn up to 360 degrees. This improves the sharpening experience because you are also able to sharpen long knives and have more freedom as you use the system. The sharpening stone holder has enough room for sharpening stones up to 17 cm long. You can easily and quickly secure the clamps because of the spring. The spring will secure the stone in the clamp. As such it won’t go anywhere. You press the spring again to loosen the stone again. As such changing the stones is a piece of cake.
TSPROF Blitz Pro sharpening angle
With this sharpening system you can sharpen at an 8 to 35-degree angle (per side). As such you can sharpen any knife at the right or desired angle. You quickly and easily adjust the sharpening angle by tilting the entire clamp. Icons of different blades tell you more about the position in which you can set the clamps. With the help of the rotary knob on the side of the sharpening system, you can adjust the sharpening angle to an accuracy of 0.1 degrees. You can read the exact sharpening angle with the digital angle meter.
TSPROF Blitz Pro clamp
The clamps, like the sharpening system, are comprised of anodized black aluminium. A practical function of these clamps it that the whole can turn 360 degrees. By pulling the silver lever on the side of the sharpening system towards you, you can turn the clamps with knife and all. As such you can easily sharpen both sides of the blade, using the right sharpening angle, without having to remove the knife. The clamp automatically clicks back into place. The clamps are suited for knives with a blade length ranging from 6 to 28 cm and a blade thickness of up to 4.5 mm.
