Description
The Böker Plus Scalpel is a small razor-sharp knife with a compact Kydex sheath. Very suitable for EDC. Cut with surgical precision. Alexander Krava’s Böker Plus Scalpel provides practical cutting capabilities for various tasks. The compact all-steel construction is modelled after a scalpel, but it also works as a practical neck knife.
The convex blade has a satin finish and cuts through cardboard boxes accurately and effortlessly. Use this knife for tasks where your scissors can’t quite reach. The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a strong tool steel that stays sharp for a long time and is also easy to sharpen. It’s a type of steel that is made to be used. You do need to be careful when it comes to moisture, because D2 is not completely stainless.
The ‘skeletonized’ handle is enhanced with epoxy. As such, the knife is nicely lightweight and feels great in hand. The ridges on top of the blade improve your control over the knife during use. The knife comes with a black ball chain and custom-made Kydex sheath.
