Made to polish and sharpen an already sharp edge. Due to the narrow design you can quickly reach difficult-to-reach places. In addition, it is great when sharpening smaller tools.
How to use the DMT DiaSharp Mini-Hones
You can use the DMT sharpening stones with or without water. The advantage of sharpening with water is that the stone is lubricated and the sharpening residue is removed. Only use water, never oil. It is also good to know that diamond need to be ‘pre-sharpened’. Only after 5 to 10 knives the diamond will function as it should.
