Description
The Extrema Ratio Task C is a compact version of the Task. Unlike its big brother, this knife has a blade of 11 cm instead of 16 cm. This makes the Task C easier to carry with your gear. The Task C also lacks the partially serrated edge.
The Task series is made for everyday use. This can be seen in the finger groove, in front of your index finger, at the start of the blade. It gives you a lot of control over the knife while you are using it. The sheepsfoot blade is particularly suitable for opening packaging.
You can use the plastic sheath to carry the knife in various ways. Horizontally, vertically, or at a 45 degree angle.
Böhler N690 steel blade
The blade is made from Austrian Böhler N690 steel. This is a stainless steel with long sharpness retention that is also used for surgical tools. N690 is highly durable and can be sharpened until razor sharp.
Forprene handle
The handle is made from Forprene, a durable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) which has a rubbery feel. This gives you a firm, comfortable grip on the handle, regardless of the situation you’re in.
