This collection could also have been called Smart Face. The base is enhanced with a ‘clever’ Hardtec Superior non-stick coating that provides you with sensational results. You can enjoy it for a long time. It doesn’t matter which cooking hob you use or what you will cook: nothing will stick to this pan.
Practical cold grip
Another big advantage of this collection of pans is the handle. It is made from Bakelite, a synthetic material whose main characteristic is that it can withstand very high temperatures (up to 300 degrees). So if you have just flambéed your dish, you can still take hold of the handle with bare hands.
