The pans of the Phi collection are equipped with the special CookStar Base that is known to ensure an excellent heat distribution, even on induction hobs. It’s easy to control the temperature and to quickly and evenly heat up the pan. The pans also have a cool feature called the ‘downdraft function’, which is great for stoves with downdraft extractors. This function prevents grease stains and cooking smells from getting everywhere. The glass lid keeps the moisture in thanks to the Fissler Condensate Plus function, keeping your dishes juicy instead of watery.

The Fissler Phi pans have a 360° hook-in function for the lid.
