Nitecore MH12 vs. Nitecore MH12 V2
The popular Nitecore MH12 was upgraded for 2020. The light has a higher light output and a longer burn time. The flashlight is also longer and the switches are easier and quicker to use.
As such you can also easily use this flashlight while wearing gloves. Also great: this flashlight comes with a plastic holder! As such you don’t have to worry about a worn-out nylon pouch. Nitecore also changed the LED light: it is now a Cree XP-L2 V6 LED light. This LED light provides a combined beam. As such you can light up everything within a distance of 202 meters.
How to use the Nitecore MH12 V2
The MH12 is enhanced with two switches: a rubber switch on the back of the light and a wear and tear resistant switch on the head of the light. The rubber switch has a momentary-on-function. By pressing the switch halfway down, the light will temporarily function in the mode last used. Perfect when you need to act quickly.
As soon as you completely press the switch the light will stay on. Want to change light modes? Use the switch. One click and you can switch between the modes. If you hold this switch down a little longer you activate the stroboscope mode. With this function you can quickly disorient a potential attacker. As such you have time to run or to close in on someone.

Charging the Nitecore MH12 V2
With the included 21700, 5000 mAh battery you will never be left in the dark. Still not enough? Thanks to the ALF 18 battery holder (not included) you can also use one 18650 Li-Ion battery or two CR123A-batteries. Did the batteries run out? Don’t worry, simply plug in the USB-C cable in the port. Within 4 hours your flashlight will be ready for use!

The Nitecore MH12 V2 comes with one Nitecore 21700, 5000mAh Li-Ion battery, USB-C cable, pocket clip, wrist strap, spare O-ring, battery holder, spare rubber switch cap and a tactical holster.
Intelligent protection.
If you use the high mode for a longer period of time the light will start to heat up. When the light reaches a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius or higher, the light will automatically drop the amount of lumen to lower the temperature.
