With the Petromax Cotton Kindling Char Cloth PLGX-C8 charred cotton tinder, you’ll always have kindling material for your fire with you. The tin contains one 80 cm piece of charred cotton rope. This means you can effortlessly start a fire time after time, whether you are camping or on another outdoor adventure. You light a piece or the end of the cotton kindling with, for example, a flint, firesteel, firepiston or the sparks from an (empty) lighter.
Natural and reliable
The cotton kindling is completely natural and consists of perforated cotton cord that has been pyrolysed. This is the heating of an organic material in the absence of oxygen. As a result, this material ignites very quickly and also very intensely. Ideal for lighting a fire in the wild.
