7/19/22 – This is an original 1941 dated Luger holster from WW2. The holster is in great overall condition, but there are a few imperfections worth noting: First, the back left belt loop is missing a line of stitching. This is right below the 1941 date stamp on the back leather. The loop is still fully attached despite this flaw. No other notable stitching flaws. Second, the closure strap has some surface wrinkling and mild cracking, but this doesn’t go deep into the leather. The holster overall has nice shape and mild pliability. There’s typical dye fading and surface wrinkling / scuffs throughout. The back leather is maker stamped, dated, waffen proofed, and P.08 stamped.
