Description
10/30/24 – This is a Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver from 1863. The barrel and barrel wedge are mismatched. Fair condition for its age. It has lost nearly all of its finish with splotchy discoloration and spotty “attic patina” throughout. The original naval engagement scene on the cylinder is completely worn and not visible. Nice period-correct wood grips, but there is a small chip on the left side. The left side also has a military cartouche. The bore has decent rifling for its age, but there is light spotty surface oxidation throughout. Fully functional. No FLL required.
