4/21/22 – This is a fantastic example of a very early and desirable Colt SP1 that predates the Vietnam War.Dates to either one of the last made in 1965, or first in 1966.All original with 98-99% finish remaining, just very minor surface scuffing.Barrel is ‘M’ marked, and the early barrel is marked ’12’ on underside, indicating it has the 1×12 inch twist.Three prong flash hider is present, as is bayonet lug.Early triangular handguards and early style buttstock, with no provisions for internal storage.Minty bore and C&R eligible.
