8/19/22 – This is a very nice example of a Pre-WW2 Simson Suhl side-by-side hunting shotgun, chambered in 16GA. It is all matching, has the proper German proofs, and is dated 1925. The receiver has a beautiful and intricate engraving pattern that features ducks and pheasants. There is very little actual finish loss on this gun. On the right side of the barrels, there is one small spot of spotty discoloration and some tiny handling marks along the barrels here and there. Beautiful case-hardening on the receiver. Comes with an excellent wood stock and foregrip with just a few tiny handling marks here and there. A couple of tiny chips in the butt plate. Minty bores.
