11/28/22 – This is an excellent example of an FN Browning High Power issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 140” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. This a later variant with a fixed rear sight and no slot in the frame. It comes with an excellent tan leather holster (waffen-proofed and appears to be dated 1944) and two magazines – one is not proofed, the other is a rare “Waffen 103” proofed magazine. The gun itself has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle and around the high edges in general. Very light spotty wear on both grip straps. A few very light scratches and handling marks here and there. Comes with excellent period-correct wood grips. The bore has great rifling, but there is very light freckling throughout.
