Description
11/4/24 – This is a very nice example of a French production Mauser HSC made immediately after WW2. It is all matching with the proper French proofs. The barrel is mismatched, and the slide is un-numbered this one has a phosphate finish. These finishes are difficult to rate, but we estimate it has retained about 90%. The finish has a pretty thin appearance throughout, but there is more noticeable thinning on the grip straps, a couple of small spots of discoloration on the left side of the slide, and an area of minor pitting on the right side of the slide. Fitted with scarce black bakelite grips and comes with one magazine. Mint bore.
