1/11/23 – This is an original WW2 production Mauser “Field Replacement” Luger tool. These were armory replacement tools were stamped with a “42” code and sent out for those who lost their original tool in battle. This example is stamped just underneath the eye-hole and is in excellent overall condition. No rust or pitting and minimal finish loss.
