Description
3/31/22 – This is a near-mint example of an “A” prefix Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military at the end of WW2, in February of 19345. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 88” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. There is an “asterisk” marking on the left side of the frame, indicating this part failed initial inspection and was sent back to the factory for repair. It has retained more than 98% of its bluing. There are just hints of wear around the muzzle and very front edges of the slide. Very light spotty wear and pin-pricking on the front strap. Comes with excellent period-correct grips and a jvd magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
