Description
11/4/22 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1941. This one has a scarce “41/42” Code. Only about 7,000 of this variation were made, making it even rarer than a K date Luger. It is all matching (except for the side plate, which is a “42” marked armorers replacement) and has the proper “Eagle 655” military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 94% of the blued finish with areas of wear around the muzzle and some thinning and light brown patina on the right side of the slide and frame. There is pin-pricking on both grip straps and minor thinning on the back strap. Comes with minty matching-numbered wood grips and force-matched police-style magazine. Mint bore.
