Description
6/2/22 – This is an early / pre WW1 production US Military M1909 bolo knife. The knife comes with an original and complete 1909 dated scabbard with metal belt hanger. The blade is in great condition with an ordnance stamp, maker stamp, and date stamp on one side of the base. The reverse is US stamped and serial numbered. There’s some spotty discoloration on the blade and a small chip along the edge. The wood handles have a few small chips in them but no major issues and all three rivets in tact. The scabbard is excellent and has a maker stamp and date on the back.
