4/25/22 – This is a fairly rare, somewhat unusual P.38 magazine. The magazine has WW2 wartime qualities and an excellent blued finish throughout. However there are no markings or stamps on the tube or base. The left side of the tube has some indents in the metal that indicate “JVD” style production, and the baseplate is a wartime example. Our guess is this was either late-war “rushed” production, or a factory error. Pretty interesting either way, and fully functional.
